Return and Refund
REPLACEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At One Plus Cares, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. We take complete responsibility for all products purchased through our website. We accept replacement and cancellation requests only in cases where there is an error from our end, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery via email or by submitting a return form under the Helpdesk section. The product must be unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging for a replacement to be initiated.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may raise a return or replacement request within 3 days of purchase by emailing us at support@onepluscares.com or by submitting a return form through the Helpdesk. Please ensure that you attach clear images of the received product so we can assess its condition.
Products confirmed as damaged or defective will be reverse picked up by One Plus Cares. Once the product reaches our facility, it will be inspected and, upon verification, the replacement process will be initiated.
For all return and replacement requests, proof is mandatory. Kindly click clear images of the damaged or incorrect product and email them to support@onepluscares.com. No replacement will be issued without valid proof.
Once the replacement request is approved by One Plus Cares, a new product will be dispatched to you. As per the Replacement Policy, the replacement product is expected to reach the customer within 5–7 business days from the date of initiation.
Customers may cancel their orders if they wish to do so; however, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please write to us at support@onepluscares.com.
