Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and Policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Any disputes arising shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Delhi, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
One Plus Cares reserves the right to seek interim or injunctive relief from courts to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
