What is the cost of shipping?
For all orders above ₹500, shipping is free of cost.
A shipping charge of ₹50 is applicable on all orders below ₹500.
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
The estimated shipping and delivery timeline is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
If you have placed an order containing multiple items, your products may be shipped in multiple packages. The delivery timelines mentioned are indicative, and in some cases, there may be unavoidable delays due to circumstances beyond our control. In such situations, we will keep you informed accordingly.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We make every effort to ensure your order reaches you within the estimated delivery timeline. If your order does not arrive by the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@onepluscares.com, and we will resolve the issue at the earliest.
My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
Yes. For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and courier partner details.
You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website or through our website 24 hours after dispatch from our warehouse.
